All AHP projects are subject to monitoring and compliance practices. These include Periodic Progress Reports (due bi-annually from AHP award date until the project’s completion and final disbursement), Initial Monitoring (completed at time of disbursement for Ownership projects, and nine months after final disbursement for Rental projects) and Long-term Monitoring for non-exempt Rental projects (completed annually throughout the project’s 15-year retention period with AHP). Project Sponsors, Members, Owners and Management will be notified by email when action is needed for one of the aforementioned monitoring tasks.
