Fourth Quarter 2024 Dividend Declared at 9.00 Percent

At its March 20, 2025 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2024 at a 9.00 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 4.33 percentage points over the average Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) for the fourth quarter of 2024 and 4.67 percentage points over first quarter 2025 average SOFR through March 19. 

The dividend payment will occur today, March 20, 2025, in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the fourth quarter of 2024, which includes a day count basis of 92/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
