Increased Funding Available for the Carol M. Peterson Housing Fund

The FHLB is pleased to announce that the 2024 Carol M. Peterson Housing Fund (CMPHF) program has been approved for an increase of $4 million to the available funding. With this additional contribution, the FHLB’s Board of Directors has made voluntary contributions to the CMPHF program this year totaling approximately $14.6 million.

All other program requirements remain the same, including the following:

• The minimum grant amount per household is still $5,000.
• The maximum grant amount per household is still $20,000.
• The member and project limits have been eliminated for 2024.
• An eligible household is allowed only one CMPHF grant per program year. This means that a household cannot work with more than one sponsor organization during the program year.
• The 2024 deadline for the Sponsor Capacity form has been lifted to allow new sponsor organizations to submit for participation.
