Fourth Quarter 2023 Dividend Declared at 9.00 Percent

At its March 21, 2024 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2023 at a 9.00 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 3.68 percentage points over the average Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) for the fourth quarter of 2023 and 3.69 percentage points over first quarter 2024 average SOFR through March 20. 

The dividend payment will occur today, March 21, 2024, in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the fourth quarter of 2023, which includes a day count basis of 92/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
