Third Quarter 2024 Dividend Declared at 9.00 Percent

At its December 19, 2024 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2024 at a 9.00 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 3.73 percentage points over the average Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) for the third quarter of 2024 and 4.29 percentage points over fourth quarter 2024 average SOFR through December 18.

The dividend payment will occur today, December 19, 2024, in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the third quarter of 2024 which includes a day count basis of 92/366 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
