Second quarter dividend declared at 2.00 percent

At its September 16, 2021 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the second quarter of 2021 at a 2.00 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 189 basis points over average short-term interest rates for the second quarter of 2021 and the third quarter of 2021 through September 15. Average short-term interest rates consist of 3-month LIBOR and the Federal funds effective rate.

The dividend payment will occur September 16, 2021 in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the second quarter of 2021 which includes a day count basis of 91/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
