Third quarter dividend declared at 2.00 percent

At its December 16, 2021 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2021 at a 2.00 percent annualized rate.This dividend rate is 189 basis points over third quarter 2021 average short-term interest rates and 188 basis points over fourth quarter 2021 average short-term interest rates through December 15. 

The dividend payment will occurred December 16, 2021, in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the third quarter of 2021 which includes a day count basis of 92/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
