Fourth quarter dividend declared at 6.00 percent

At its March 21, 2019 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2018 at a 6.00 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 3.37 percentage points over the fourth quarter 2018 average 3-month LIBOR and 3.30 percentage points over the first quarter 2019 average 3-month LIBOR through March 20.                                         

The dividend payment will occur March 21 in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the fourth quarter of 2018 which includes a day count basis of 92/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
