Fourth quarter dividend declared at 5.75 percent

At its March 15, 2018 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the fourth quarter of 2017 at a 5.75 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 4.28 percentage points over the fourth quarter 2017 average 3-month LIBOR and 3.90 percentage points over the first quarter 2018 average 3-month LIBOR through March 14.

The dividend payment occurred March 15 in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the fourth quarter of 2017 which includes a day count basis of 92/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
