Miami Valley Housing Opportunities opens new development

Miami Valley Housing Opportunities opened a new rental housing facility in Kettering, near Dayton, Ohio, that will serve low-income tenants and tenants coming out of homelessness. The three-story apartment building was made possible in part with a $1 million Affordable Housing Program grant through FHLB members Huntington Bank and the Ohio Capital Finance Corporation.

The $6.2 million facility boasts 40 rental units and on-site life skills programming and medical facilities for the community.
