Third quarter dividend declared at 6.00 percent

At its December 20, 2018 meeting, the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (the FHLB) declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2018 at a 6.00 percent annualized rate. This dividend rate is 3.66 percentage points over the third quarter 2018 average 3-month LIBOR and 3.40 percentage points over the fourth quarter 2018 average 3-month LIBOR through December 19.

The dividend payment occurred December 20 in the form of cash and is based on the average stock balance from the third quarter of 2018 which includes a day count basis of 92/365 days. See our dividend history on our Financial Results page.
