Financial Analyst II

Provides day-to-day maintenance, monitoring, and support of the Credit Financial Analysis function. Supports, maintains, processes, and enhances the Capital Stock system, Advance pricing, member financial analyses, and member relations. This requires the utilization of system programs and/or end-user applications in support of the Credit function. Serves as a general contact point for members regarding credit products and services.

This position requires knowledge normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in business with coursework in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, and economics. Exposure to programming, either academic or professional, is beneficial. Minimum two years of related analytical experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Intermediate-to-advanced skills required utilizing Excel as well as a general knowledge of database management techniques. Strong understanding of other applications, including Access and VBA is highly preferred.

Manager, Human Resources

Ensures Human Resources policies, procedures and programs are administered fairly and consistently. Areas of responsibility include compensation, benefits, employment, employee relations, and Human Resources records administration. Provides advice and guidance related to the interpretation of Human Resources policies and programs.

This position requires knowledge at a level acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, industrial relations or related field. Master’s degree and Human Resources certification highly desired. Ten or more years progressively responsible related experience with three to five years in a supervisory capacity within a Human Resources functional discipline. General knowledge of Human Resources programs and management practices including the ability to administer Human Resources policies and programs. Knowledge of compensation programs, including techniques of job documentation and evaluation, plan design and administration, and market analysis; of employee benefits, including program design, administration, and related federal regulations; and of employment and recruitment. Knowledge of applicable federal, state and municipal employment laws and related implications.

Loan Collateral Review Analyst

Reviews eligibility and determines adequacy and underwriting of pledged loan collateral, including first and junior lien 1-4 family and multi-family mortgage loans, commercial and farm real estate loans pledged as collateral for borrowings. Evaluates member’s loan portfolio performance, credit administration practices, and quality control functions. Assists in the performance of Servicing Quality Reviews of Mortgage Purchase Program (MPP) Participating Financial Institutions (PFI) and third parties conducting servicing of and custodial activities for acquired member assets.

Knowledge at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking, or Finance. Experience in residential and/or commercial mortgage loan underwriting, operations, servicing, and/or quality control related activities is helpful, though not required. Related experience as an examiner or other regulatory function with experience evaluating financial institution consumer lending activities. Intermediate Excel and Word skills required.

Normal office hours and environment. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Out of town travel will be approximately 65 percent.
